For providers

Help the right people find you when they actually need you.

RiteRest helps people work out what they need to do before, during and after a loss, then connects them with relevant services at the point those services become useful.

Why your business may already be listed

  • RiteRest uses factual public information from official and provider-owned sources to build useful local directories.
  • A listing does not imply endorsement, recommendation or a commercial relationship.
  • Providers can claim their profile free to correct details and manage how they appear.
  • Unclaimed listings remain factual public-data listings only.

What claiming gives you

  • Correct and update your business details
  • Set the areas you serve
  • Describe the services you actually offer
  • Add public contact details
  • Make clear what you don't offer
  • Manage your profile information
  • Later, choose whether to receive relevant enquiries
  • Pause enquiries at any time
  • See enquiry history and status once the provider dashboard is live

Free during beta

During the beta, there is no charge to claim a profile or receive test enquiries. We are inviting a small group of founding providers to help us improve how the provider side works.

We can't promise any particular number of enquiries, leads or revenue.

What counts as a qualified enquiry

A qualified enquiry is only created when all of these are true:

  • A person actively asks RiteRest to connect them with a provider, or selects that provider
  • They give valid contact details
  • They consent to the provider contacting them
  • Their stated need fits a service the provider says it offers

These are never chargeable:

  • Profile views
  • Search impressions
  • Website clicks
  • Phone-number clicks or reveals
  • Duplicate submissions
  • Obvious spam
  • Requests outside the provider's stated service area or service scope

Future pricing — no hidden charges

RiteRest is being designed so providers pay for genuine value, not simply for being visible.

  • Claiming a profile stays free.
  • Enquiries during the beta are free.
  • If RiteRest later introduces paid qualified enquiries or subscriptions, you'll see the price before you opt in.
  • No provider is charged without explicit agreement.
  • You can pause or stop paid enquiry delivery.
  • Public bodies and charities can remain free where appropriate.

Questions providers ask

Is claiming free?
Yes. Claiming and managing your profile is free.
Am I charged for being listed?
No. Being listed never costs anything.
Are beta enquiries free?
Yes. There is no charge for any enquiry during the beta.
Will I be charged automatically later?
No. If paid enquiries are ever introduced, you'll see the price first and nothing is charged unless you explicitly opt in. You can stop at any time.
What is a qualified enquiry?
Someone actively asks to be connected with you (or selects you), gives valid contact details, consents to you contacting them, and needs a service you say you offer. Views, clicks, duplicates and spam never count.
Can I pause enquiries?
Yes. You can pause enquiries whenever you like, and they start paused when your claim is approved.
Does claiming mean RiteRest recommends me?
No. Claiming lets you keep your details accurate. RiteRest does not recommend or endorse providers.
Can I correct or remove information?
Yes. Use “Something wrong with this listing?” on your profile, or claim it. We review every request; we can correct details or take a listing down (unpublish) while we check.
How are public listings created?
From public, official and provider-owned sources, such as your own website, Companies House and official regulators. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it's published. Unclaimed listings show factual information only.
Can public bodies and charities stay free?
Yes, where appropriate. Councils, hospices and charities can be marked non-commercial.
Do I need to accept enquiries to remain listed?
No. You can stay listed without ever receiving enquiries.
